Informing the Center's practionners
You are requested to provide the Center’s practitioner with all useful information so as to enable him to give you adequate treatments.
Observance of internal organization rules
In order to ensure the smooth running of sessions, you are requested to respect schedules, to advise in case of late arrival or absence, and to preserve the peace and quiet of all.
It is forbidden to take photos or films of the center without permission from those concerned as well as from the Managing team.
In order to prevent all risk of infection, we kindly ask you to comply with hygiene rules and recommendations, notably to wash your hands as well as the body part used as vascular access.
For security reasons, and in accordance with the rules in force, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the premises.
In order to prevent interference with medical devices, you will be asked to switch off your mobile phone upon your arrival in the service premises.
Unlawful possession of bladed weapons or firearms, illicit drugs, alcohol or any dangerous or inflammable substances is forbidden.
All regulatory provisions in force regarding fire safety are observed in our establishment.
Evacuation instructions are put up in the hall and in all areas accessible by the public.
Whatever the situation, it is important to keep calm and to follow instructions given by our trained staff.
Money and valuables
The CHP cannot be held liable for any loss or theft of any object. Patients are therefore requested, both orally and in writing, to come to the center without any valuable or large amounts of cash. Money loans between patients are forbidden. The same applies to patients and members of the staff.
Visits are not authorized during dialysis sessions. One accompanying person is accepted during the first session or in case of urgency with medical advice (children under the age of 15 are not allowed in the dialysis room).
