Quality control approach
Our quality control approach consists in defining an adjusted and efficient organization so as to ensure safe treatments and satisfy both patients and professionals.
This transversal approach focuses on the patient, his health and well-being.
Thanks to the experience gained and to practical skills mobilized in the field, thanks also to visiting experts’ lectures, our establishment was able to fully remodel its quality approach towards a greater momentum and coordination of the staff.
This move towards constant improvement of Quality, Evaluation and Risk Management initiated at the CHP is supervised and coordinated by the Steering Committee for Quality and Risk Management
Its missions cover the following aspects: Quality Control, Risk Management, evaluation of professional best practices, and Communication.
The Quality Control and Risk Management Cell is in charge of:
- contributing to the definition and implementation of the Quality Control policy along with its programs of action.
- centralizing and analyzing adverse events in view of preventive and improvement actions, thus reducing risks.
On the ground, commissions and working groups led by multidisciplinary professionals contribute to the definition and implementation of action programs focusing on the improvement of healthcare quality and safety.
