You will be seen by a nephrologist at each session in the centre/UDM and once a week for self-dialysis. On a regular basis, or on request, you can have a consultation with your referring nephrologist outside your dialysis sessions, to review your state of health.
Nephrologists provide follow-up consultations for transplant patients in collaboration with the transplant centre, as well as consultations for dialysis patients depending on their state of health and requests for interviews.
